Canon IJ Setup

Canon IJ Setup is to register your print settings. When you choose the settings that are listed, the printer automatically switches to the item that has been fixed in advance.

Commonly used settings (Commonly Used Settings)
The names and icons of frequently used printing profiles registered. When you select the print profile according to the purpose of the document, the appropriate settings with the aim to implement.
In addition, functions that are considered useful for printing the selected profile is displayed in the additional features (Additional Features).
You can also change the printing profile and register it with a new name. You can remove the print profile are listed.
You can reorder the profile by dragging a separate profile or by holding down the Ctrl key and pressing the arrow up or down.

Standard
Here are the factory settings.

• If the page size (Page Size), orientation (Orientation), and copy (Copies) of the set of software applications, the settings have priority.

Photo Printing (Photo Printing)

• If you choose this setting when printing photos, photo paper and photo size commonly used set. Check box Printing Without edge (Borderless Printing) is marked automatically.
  If the orientation (Orientation) and a copy (Copies) of the set of software applications, the settings have priority.

Business Documents (Business Document)
Select this setting when printing a document.

• If the page size (Page Size), orientation (Orientation), and copy (Copies) of the set of software applications, the settings have priority.

Save Paper (Paper Saving)

• Select this setting to save paper when printing a document.
• Printing check box 2 in 1 (2-on-1 Printing) and Duplex Printing (Duplex Printing) is marked automatically.
  If the page size (Page Size), orientation (Orientation), and copy (Copies) of the set of software applications, the settings have priority.

The Envelope (The Envelope)

• If you choose this setting to print an envelope, the Media type (Media Type) is set automatically to the Envelope (the Envelope). In the Settings dialog box is the size of the Envelope (the Envelope Size Settings), select the size envelope you want to use.

Save

• Click this button when you want to save the information you set on the tab Setup fast (Quick Setup), Primary (Main), and the Setup page (Page Setup) to the normal Settings (Commonly Used Settings).

Delete
Remove a listed print profile.

• Select the name of the settings will be removed from the normal Settings (Commonly Used Settings) and click Remove (Delete). When the confirmation message appears, click OK to delete the profile for the specified printing.
